Popular Podcast Partners with AMVETS
Frontlines of Freedom is a weekly, two hour syndicated Military News and Talk Radio show hosted and produced by veterans, for everyone. They discuss various topics that are designed to address the most pressing issues facing our armed forces, veterans, and their families.
The Podcast is hosted by Lt. Col. Denny Gillem, U.S. Army (Retired), a West Point graduate and highly decorated combat veteran who also served as a Mideast War Planner during his 22 years on active duty.
Along with the Podcast, they also air on radio talk shows all over the United States. They have 98 affiliate radio stations and reach an estimated 200,000 listeners every week.
They announced a partnership with AMVETS back in 2014, where they agreed to incorporate information sharing on important veterans issues and legislation, sharing access to leading voices on military and veteran support, and actions based on opportunities for veterans and patriotic Americans to benefit their communities and veterans nationwide.
"Listeners to Frontlines of Freedom are already benefiting from this partnership through the additional information and data on important veterans issues and the experts it has brought to the program," said Josh Leng, Frontlines of Freedom Co-Creator and Executive Producer.
Gillem made it clear that, "AMVETS is the most inclusive veterans organization in our country, and they truly care about our veterans. AMVETS and its members are proactively engaging in local and national events and initiatives to improve the provisioning of health care for veterans, preservation of earned benefits, recognition of service, encouraging Americanism, and positively representing veterans to our nation as a whole."
Gillem is a life member of AMVETS and said he is proud to be an extended member of their team.
