2023 Veterans Day Free Meals
With Veterans Day on the horizon, the AMVETS Department of Ohio urges you to embrace moments of joy. Whether you choose to enjoy these opportunities solo or with a fellow veteran, explore the special offers listed below, featuring complimentary meals and restaurant items on Veterans Day and throughout the Veterans Day weekend. We extend our heartfelt thanks for your dedicated service!
Bar Louie
Vets and active military can receive a free flatbread or Burger on Saturday, November 11 – Dine-in only.
City Barbeque
On Veterans Day (Saturday, November 11) all veterans and active military members get a free sandwich, two sides, and a regular beverage, applicable on either dine-in or carryout orders.
There are many hotels and restaurants that offer free meals for veterans on Veterans Day, and there are also on few restaurants free food available for their relatives on Veterans Day.
Centraarchy Restaurants
On November 11, Veterans and active-duty military members with service members with ID get an entrée from the full menu at half price.
Denny’s
On November 11, Denny's will be offering any Veterans or active-duty military personnel with a valid ID a free Build Your Own Grand Slam breakfast from 5 a.m. until noon. A free pulled pork classic sandwich is available this Veterans Day as well.
IHOP
On November 11, IHOP is offering veterans and active duty members a free stack of Red, White, & Blueberry pancakes from 7:00am to 7:00pm. The offer is dine-in only and limited to 1 per guest. A valid military ID is required.
Wendy's
In honor of Veterans Day, Wendy’s® is thanking those who have served or are currently serving in the U.S. Military with a FREE breakfast combo offer with valid military ID or a Veterans Advantage card between 6:30 am and 10:30 am. Whether you’re a fan of the Maple Bacon Chicken Croissant, Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit or crowd favorite Breakfast Baconator®combo, the offer is a small gesture of gratitude for the men and women who work tirelessly to protect our country. Veterans and active military personnel get their first 6 ounces of frozen yogurt for free on November 11.
7-Eleven
Veterans can get a free quarter-pound 100% all-beef hot dog on November 11 when they order through the 7NOW app or in-store.
Aroma Joe’s
A free 24oz is offered to all veterans. Take a drink on 11th November.
Chili’s
Veterans and active-duty military members can receive a free meal from a special menu.
Red Lobster
Veterans and active-duty military members can receive a free appetizer or dessert from a special menu.
Calhoun’s
From 10:45 am to 4 pm on November 11, veterans and active-duty military will get a free lunch. An ID from the military is required.
Perkins
Perkins offering to Veterans receive a free Magnificent Seven Breakfast Meal on November 11.
Golden Corral
For veterans day, A Military Appreciation Night will take place at Golden Corral on November 14, Monday from 5 pm until close. When dining in, you will receive a free “thank you” meal.
California Pizza Kitchen
Dine in and show proof of service on November 11 and receive a complimentary entree and beverage. As an added bonus, all veterans who dine with California Pizza Kitchen will receive a BOGO deal, redeemable from November 12 through 20.
Hooters
Hooters Veterans day menu offers a free entrée to active duty military and veterans with the purchase of a beverage on November 11. Dine-in only.
Applebees
Applebees celebrating Veterans Day, Friday, November 11th, Applebee’s is on a mission to serve one million meals to military heroes. The active-duty military will receive a free meal when they dine on a special menu. As a bonus, military guests dining in on November 11 will receive a $5 bounce-back card that can be redeemed for dine-in, to-go, or delivery within three weeks. On Veterans Day visit their local Applebee’s to enjoy veterans day free meals.
Hamburger Stand
On November 11, participating locations are providing free hamburgers, regular fries, and small Pepsis to veterans and active-duty military members.
Bob Evans
As always, Bob Evans will be celebrating Veterans day on November 11 by offering free meals. On Veterans Day 11-11-2023, The Bob Evans Restaurants offer a special menu of 7 homestyle favorites FREE* to veterans and active duty military members.

Veterans and active-duty military personnel are eligible for one free item from this menu on November 11, 2023 at all Bob Evans restaurants. Beverages are not included. This is a dine-in offer only. Offers, discounts, and coupons cannot be combined.
All these honored servicemen and women need do is show proof of service, including U.S. Uniformed Services (current or retired) Identification Card, a current Leave and Earnings Statement (LES), or a Veterans’ organization card (American Legion or VFW, for example). Visitors wearing a military uniform on Veterans Day also are also eligible.
Freddy’s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers
Those who visit the restaurant on November 11 get a free Freddy’s Original Double with Cheese combo meal card that can be redeemed until November 30 of the same year.
Bonefish Grill
On Saturday, November 11th, all active and retired service members with a valid military ID will receive a 10% discount on their check all day, every day at all Bonefish Grill locations.
Buffalo Wild Wings Free Wings
On Veterans Day, November 11, Buffalo Wild Wings is offering veterans and active-duty military members a free order of 10 boneless wings and fries. Dine-in or takeout is available (online ordering excluded). To redeem, proof of service must be shown.

BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse
Visit your local BJ’s restaurant with your military ID to get veterans day restaurants free meals from a select menu. Dine in only.
Black Angus Steakhouse
Veterans can take advantage of November 11 All-American Steak Plate deal for just $11.99 (the regular price is $23.99). This deal is available for restaurant dining and for take-out orders.
Cracker Barrel
In-store or online, on November 11, veterans can enjoy a free slice of Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola Cake.
