Ohio VA medical centers COVID vaccination procedures

Ohio's VA medical centers are administering the COVID vaccine to eligible veterans enrolled in VA Healthcare. Each VA has different processes. Some are hosting open clinics while others are not. The Dayton VA is holding a COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for enrolled Veterans 70 and older next weekend, February 13 and 14. You can walk in or schedule an appointment. Walk in times are from 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.

The Vaccination Clinic is in Primary Care, building 341. This is near the women’s clinic on the left side of the main hospital building — there are vaccination clinic signs outside the clinic to point you in the right direction. If you would like to schedule an appointment, please call 937-268-6511 and press option 8 or extension 4067.

The Cleveland, Columbus and Cincinnati VA is vaccinating individuals by appointment. Veterans are asked to not call these facilities as primary care teams are calling those who are enrolled in VA Healthcare by eligible groups set by the state. All CBOCs under the Cleveland, Columbus and Cinncinnati VAs are following the same procedures as their parent VA facilities.
