Department Commander
 Rick Piscione

Elected in October of 2007, Rick Piscione, the oldest of three children. He entered the United States Army in 1968 serving his country in the Vietnam as a squad leader, and was discharged honorably in 1970 attaining the rank of Sgt. E-5. He received the combat infantry badge and a purple heart while serving his country in Viet Nam. Rick joined AMVETS in 1999 and  served two years as post commander and led the post into building a career center for training vets.
